Make checks payable to BBMB Department, Iowa State University and send to the address provided below. Only checks drawn from US banks in US funds will be accepted. VISA/Mastercard accepted. Please fax your credit card number, type of credit card (VISA/Mastercard), the name exactly as it appears on the card and the expiration date to (515) 294-2244.

Payment must be received on or before April 30, 2007 to receive the early registration prices. Registration cannot be refunded after May 20, 2007 and a $25 fee will be assessed if registration is cancelled after May 13, 2007. Students are required to show student ID at the registration desk.

Transportation Registration:

If you wish to use the airport transport service, please plan your flight schedule so that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the transport leaves the airport. Your departing flight should be planned at least 90 minutes after the airport transport is scheduled to arrive at the airport.
REQUIRED - Your transportation shuttle reservations can only be confirmed AFTER we receive your flight itinerary.
